Product Development Manager
Jan-Olof Andersson, born in 1954, has extensive experience working within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, for example within AstraZeneca, Arexis and Biovitrum. Within Toleranzia Andersson is responsible for the protein-chemistry operations, including the development of both lab-scale and large-scale protein production processes for pre-clinical and clinical studies; the latter in collaboration with external companies, specializing in the production of protein pharmaceuticals.
Maria Fernandez, born in 1987, has a PhD in medical science and an MSc in environmental science from the University of Gothenburg. Previous academic studies include a BSc in pharmaceutical chemistry. Her expertise focuses in immunology and inflammation as well as project management. Fernandez has previously worked within the pharmaceutical industry in Eli Lilly.
Senior Research Scientist
John Grünberg, born in 1985, has a PhD in medicine and an MSc in molecular biology from the University of Linköping. Previous academic studies include a BSc in chemical biology. His expertise focuses on in vivo and in vitro biology within the field of immunology and inflammation. Grünberg has previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of Metabolic Diseases, University of Cambridge, and at the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg.
